Let's Do This!
Step 1:
Cut the side panels off of the foam tri-fold board. Tip: Save the side panels for another craft. You can also use a 22" x 28" foam board and skip this step.
Step 2:
Measure in 3" from the top and sides and 7" from the bottom to create a rectangle, as shown.
Cut out and remove the rectangular center piece.
Step 3:
Paint the foam board frame with black chalk paint. Let dry.
Step 4:
Apply gold letter stickers under the frame opening to spell out “CONGRATS GRAD.”
Print out the template. Note: The numbers are in reverse. Use double-sided tape to stick the template onto the back of the sheet of gold foil paper.
Cut out the numbers using the template as a guide.
Use double-sided tape to adhere the numbers to the foam board frame under the letter stickers.
Step 5:
Use tacky glue to adhere gems around the foam board frame. Let dry.
